Evaluation survey: clinical practice guidelines for glaucoma
Dear Colleague:
The objective of the COS evidence-based clinical practice guidelines for glaucoma (CGG) is to provide guidance to Canadian ophthalmologists on the management of glaucoma in adults.
We are seeking your participation in a 15-minute online survey in order to better understand the guidelines' characteristics including acceptability and relevance. By completing this survey you agree to participate in this study. Your valued input will also assist in planning CME programs as well as revisions of the guidelines.
Please click here to complete the online survey.
All the information you provide will be strictly confidential, and responses provided will be analyzed in aggregate and will not in any way be attributed to you individually. Please be assured that no one will contact you as a result of your responses in this survey.
This is a Practice Review Activity (MOC Section 5) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC).
Alternatively, as a personal learning project and an educational activity, upon completion of the survey you will be eligible for Section 4 MOC credits. Here is a link to the RCPSC website for information on Section 4 credits.
